Henry Uwabor is a technology entrepreneur, AI product strategist, and the Founder & CEO of Finaive, an AI-powered digital commerce and fraud prevention platform. He has held product leadership roles at Amazon, where he designed and delivered large-scale logistics and planning systems that operated at massive scale.
Through his continued involvement with Mola Tech, Henry has provided free, practical mentorship to over 100 junior product managers, career transitioners, and aspiring PMs. His mentorship has supported participants in building both confidence and capability across the full spectrum of product management.

Learn how to define a product vision, set measurable objectives, prioritise features using real frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, Kano), and build roadmaps that align stakeholders and drive business outcomes. You will work through real scenarios where competing priorities, limited resources, and shifting market conditions force you to make the strategic trade-offs that real PMs face every day.
Understand how to talk to users, design research plans, conduct interviews, synthesise findings into actionable insights, and use data to validate assumptions before building. You will practise the full discovery lifecycle — from writing research briefs and screener questions to running interviews and presenting findings that influence product decisions.
Product managers lead without authority. This pillar teaches you how to influence engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executive teams — how to navigate disagreements, communicate trade-offs, run effective meetings, and build the trust that makes cross-functional collaboration work. You will practise real stakeholder scenarios through role-play exercises.
Breaking into product management or moving to a senior PM role requires more than skills — it requires positioning. This pillar covers CV and portfolio optimisation for PM roles, how to answer product sense and execution interview questions, case study walkthroughs, and strategies for standing out in a competitive hiring market.
Theory without application is forgettable. Every mentorship session connects concepts to real product decisions from both enterprise environments (Amazon-scale logistics, planning systems) and startup environments (early-stage product-market fit, MVP design, pivot decisions). You will analyse real products, identify what worked, what failed, and why.

Through guided exercises you will create product requirement documents, write user stories, design wireframe-level solutions, build mock product decks, and complete end-to-end product exercises that you can showcase in interviews and on your professional profile.
